Our story
Family-owned since 2011
We started Heartland to give travelers, workers, and neighbors a place that feels more like a home than a parking lot — and we still run it that way today.

How Heartland started
Heartland RV Park is your home away from home.
Travis and his family opened Heartland RV Park in 2011 on a quiet stretch of Heartland Drive in Campbellsville, Kentucky. The property sits directly across the road from the Amazon SDF1 fulfillment center and about four miles from Green River Lake — a spot that gave us the right mix of working-traveler traffic and weekend lake visitors from day one.
We built the park around one simple idea: an RV park ought to feel like a home away from home, not just a place to park. That meant a fenced lot, full hookups on every site, a real shower house and laundry you can use at any hour, and people you actually know running the front gate. Fifteen years in, that hasn't changed.
What we believe
How we run the park
Friendly first
Every guest gets treated like a neighbor — whether you're staying one night or one year. Plainspoken, helpful, no runaround.
Fair rates, year round
Low competitive nightly, weekly, and monthly rates with electric, water, sewer, and WiFi included. No seasonal price spikes.
Pet-friendly with a real dog area
Leashed dogs are welcome and we've set aside a small dog area on the property so they have somewhere of their own.
Long-term stays are neighbors
Workampers, traveling nurses, and long-term residents are the heart of Heartland. We treat monthly stays like the home base they are.
